The company I work for is trying to move where our Powerbuilder License Server is so we can decommission the machine it is on, and I cant request a new key because everytime I click it at Keys | SAP Support Portal, it tells me to log in again, and my normal SAP login wont work. I guess what Im asking is there a walkthrough or guide on changing the machine the server license is installed on? Thank you for any help.

I'd suggest to:
* uninstall SySAM from the machine where it has been installed
* install SySAM into another box
* follow the instructions from the How-To-Document "How to Request License Keys - SAP Sybase" (in the link you have provided) to check-in the existing licenses and create new ones for new SySAM machine
