role removal in grc

Hello to Everyone,

The client I am working for is requesting that we configure th automatic removal of roles in GRC 10.

Is there a way to do this so that when you enter the user details the system automatically

brings up all the roles the user has without having to enter them 1 by 1.

Hello Robert,

You need to define the Request type and action type in IMG(SPRO) for remove role and configure MSMP workflow to handle this requirement.

if you are using the standard user interface than see the attached image. which will give existing role assignment for user
