Hi Experts, could you please advise from your side on the following issue:
We have issue with SO being incomplete due to pricing. Where item BOMs are shown as incomplete for pricing, but when you go inside - system doesn't show you what pricing condition is exactly missing. Moreover, if you check pricing analysis - all mandatory pricing conditions are found and in place. It happens randomly with different customers\items. Noticed that it happens when we apply billing block on any of items. But, when billing block removed - missing pricing error is still there.
Item incompletion would be gone if SO or item is re-priced, but no new pricing conditions appears, no any amount changes, nothing new or different appears in pricing analysis.
Also noticed, that if we put back billing block on any of item and save SO.
Then, this SO becomes complete - no issues. All OK, if we remove billing block.
It happens only in production, not able to replicate same scenario in dev.
