The PPMS content is outdated "Landscape Verification PROBLEM"

Dear Solman Gurus,

Solman 7.1 - SP 009

OS : Win Ser. 2012

Database : Sybase ASE

Kernel = 721 - Sp.Lvl = 201

When i start the "Landscape Verification Tool" in the solman, there are lots of missing error like "The PPMS content is outdated, Application Server ABAP (SAP NETWEAVER 7.4) is missing" and others related to screen shot.

RZ70 worked perfectly to Solman,

I have configured RFC, and other technical settings as well. But for the final step i want to Verificate Landscape

What could be the problem ?

Could you check with SAP doc at The PPMS content is outdated, data is missing - SAP Solution Manager - SAP Library

& SAP Notes   1603103 - SMSY: The product definition for one or several SAP product versions is missing

I have applied 1603103 note and deleted SEP system and again send data RZ70 procedure and system creation is completed , but right now the error is ; Technical system SEP not registered properly.

I have tried Resync from SLD , but no luck ...
