Support Team table

Hello,

I've been looking for a table that retrieves the Support Team information ITSM and I didn't find it.

I would like to know also what table connects the incident table (crmd_orderadm_h) to the support Team table.

Hi Luis,

the support team is a business partner function, so it's also stored in CRMD_PARTNER.

This thread shows some linkages between the major CRM tables:

You can also use FMs CRM_PARTNER_READ_DB or CRM_PARTNER_READ_OW to get the support team (partner function SLFN0003).
