Restrict Popup message to only one Change Request

Hello Experts,

I would like to limit user to see only "Create ERP Vendor" from below screen and not "
Create ERP-Vendor (Lean Request). As what I understand is that both of these
change request is under same role how I can restrict one over other?

The reason you see multiple CR types is that those CR types are linked to the business activity. These are two possible ways to limit this list:

• Remove the CR Type to Business Activity link (in the CR Type definition).
• Limit the user authorization to the CR Type s/he is authorized for.
