Hello Kemal,
Have you performed below steps. Please cross check
1. Registration of agent on sld
smdsetup sldconf hostname:"servername" port:"5xxxx" user:"j2ee_admin" pwd:"xxxx"
2. Once it is success then please check in SLD
SLD->Content Maintenance-> Subset (All Classes), Class (Diagnostic Agent).
Check whether you are able to see Agents or not.
Also please check System Preparation Step 5.4 Set Authentication Policy for Agents whether performed success or not.

Hi Kemal,
Hope you are doing good.
Nice to hear from you again. Please also see SAP Note 1822831.
Also check if the client is the J2ee production client in the UME settings (the parameter ume.r3.connection.master.client in Configtool->switch to the configuration editor
mode->configuration->cluster_data->server-> cfg> services->
Propertysheet com.sap.security.core.ume.service).
Also do have a look at the below guide which will help you with the UME configuration check:
<http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-23182>
Do make sure that you are on the latest LM-SERVICE patch as well.
Hope this helps.
