Unable to change urgent change status to Development Complete

Hi,

While trying to change the status to 'Development Complete' in an urgent change, the request is released.

However, the status couldn't be changed.

It was assigned to a new project cycle.

I have tried changing the status manually through the report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT but the status still remains 'In Development'.

Could you please help.

From the description I am assuming that you have created the new project cycle and you are facing this issue in the cycle. If this is the case then check

Please can you share the error screen shot for same.

It looks to me the authorization issue, please share the error details for same.

Hi Rishav,

Thanks for your inputs. We are in solman 7.1 SP 10 and this note could not be implemented.

The user which we are trying to use has SAP_ALL plus RFC authorizations.

Strangely, there are no errors after selecting the action'Set to Development Complete' at the top of the screen and processing log and scheduled actions are green.

However, the status still remains 'In Development'.

Hi,

Check for SPRO->Solution manager->Capabilities->Actions

check the action responsible for the same

It seems there is no user status maintained in HF_STATUS_SET in the processing type.

Maintain the status value from the ZMHFHEAD status table and try. It should resolve.
