Missing Extractor Templates For SAP Basis 7.40

Hello Community,

we are running Solman 7.1 SP05 and face issues connecting managed systems with SAP Basis 7.40. We get hundreds of exctrators, but they are incomplete and most of them don't work. A deeper analysis pointed us to the E2E_TEMPLEXTR table where the extractor templates are stored. We discovered that we have no entries for CVPPMS_NAME = SAP BASIS 7.40.

How can we update the content of this table?

Could anyone be so kind to upload the table contents for Software Component SAP BASIS 7.40? A CSV file can be generated in the expert view of Web Dynpro application WD_E2E_WC_CNTNT_EXTRACTOR.

N. B.: We do have a ticket open with SAP support for several months now, but there is hardly any progress on this side.
