CLIENT_SEND_FAILED in SAP PI

Hi Friends,

We are getting "INTERNAL">CLIENT_SEND_FAILED" error in SXMB_moni and many messages are getting failed in PI system

because of this error. We are in NW 7.4 . While communication from ABAP to JAVA stack we are getting the error.

Few SCN links suggesting to upgrade MESSAGING SYSTEM SERVICE but we are  already in NW 7.4.

Kindly provide the pointers on this issue.

Hi Sriram,

Thanks for the prompt reply

1. The system has been restarted after defining the ICM parameters however we are still getting the same error.

2. SAP Note 1890225 talks about System remains in SAFE mode after update, this is not the case in our system.

I have already referred SAP Note - 1779237.

We have already increased the ICM threads but still we are getting the same error.

1. After define the ICM parameters have you restart the system?

Hi Mahesh;

Post the logs of std_server0,dev_server.

further check in RWB link if the services are running fine under SLD registration
