Dashboards not showing up in SAP BI mobile app - Iphone

Hi,

I'm have created a simple mobile dashboard and published it into BOE.

I made sure the component is mobile compatible:

The dashboard is published in BOE successfully as mobile only:

I have created a mobile category and granted Full Control to All users.

The property to enable the dashboard for mobile is also active:

Although this has no impact at all as "Dashboard 1" above (which is nothing but a webi report), does not have the property active and it perfectly visible from IPhone BI app.

I think that everything is set properly, however when I log in my system I can only see the webi report (Dasboard 1), the dashboard is missing:

Any ideas ?

I am having this same issue (followed the exact steps above) and from what I understand the dashboards should be supported on phones - android and iphone now. Will you please advise what additional steps need to be taken to get it working?

Hi Chris,

Xcelsius Dashboards are not supported for Phones and are only supported in tablets.

Dashboards is supported only on iOS and android tablets. It is not supported on handheld devices.

However Design Studio is supported on iPhone and Android phones
