TREX Knowledge Article Document Searching Error

Hello Experts ,

I have configured TREX setup in solution manager . Everything is working fine.I have attached some documents in my knowledge article but the problem is when i am trying to search for the document and the content of the document i am unable to find the required document.I am sending the snapshot of the same for your reference . Please find the attachment.

Did you also try tx esh_search to see if any results came back?

Thanks for reply. I am already attached the sap kernel document. When i am trying to search inside the document content .it was not display the article.

Can you leverage tx esh_search and test if your document is returned in this search?

Also did you try changing your boolean, I see that you left it as 'is' vs trying something like 'contains'?

in your screenshot you wrote "sap kernal upgrade"... maybe this does not match with the knowledge base article
