Unbale to find /IWPGW/RT_WF_USR in frontend / in backend

Dear Experts,

We have configured SAP Fioir My Inbox Application, but we are unable to locate /IWPGW/RT_WF_USR Role in the Backend system as well as in the front-end system. We have installed all the required components with service packs.

Please help us to solve the issue.

Hi Shinto,

/IWPGW/RT_WF_USR is not a role, but a role template.

Task Gateway

/IWPGW/RT_WF_USR

SAP NetWeaver Gateway Task Gateway User

When you create a role, you would be asked for a template to copy the auth objects automatically from the template, there you have to select this role template.

Go to PFCG

Create a new role

Go to Authorization tab -> Change authorizations

Now it will ask you for the template.
