Hello Nilson,

Could you please eloborate your business requirement?

You can use SUS if business wants to give supplier a portal where supplier can view all their POs, can send PO acknowledgement, ASN (Advance shipping notification), Invoice etc...

If your business requirement is just to send PO to supplier in form of email, XML etc then you needn't go for SUS, you can simply implement self service procurement (EBP) and Strategic sourcing (Bid Invitation, Live Auction etc) depending on business requirement.

Hi Nilson

Just like in R/3, you can send the SRM documents (PO) also as output to vendors. Output can be print/fax/email. It can be XML also if you use SUS.

SUS is used to involve suppliers in doing follow-up txns (PO response, ASN & Invoice) and not for just sending documents.

Best regards
