Hi,

We are implementing SAP CRM Service Manager 4.2 but have some serious issue getting the vehicle stock component to work. At the moment it seems that the CRM system is not able to connect to ERP. In the Syclo application log the message that RFC destination SSM42_ERP_IM_HOST does not exist.

We have configurede another connection that already exist, but this does not seem to work

Is the RFC connections to be used fixed by Service Manager to be SSM42_ERP_IM_HOST from CRM to ERP and SSM42_CRM_SM_HOST from ERP?

Solved. You may not change the RFC!
