Person Responsible for a project

Hello Experts,

I’m trying to use field “Person Respons.” for projects but it appears disabled. I have defined responsible in transaction OPS6.  In OPUI it is defined as an input field, but it seems that there is something wrong, the field appears as disabled (I send attached the field).

What else do I need?

Under Field Selection customization,

Select 'Project Screen definition' screen group, or use tcode  OPUJ

1. For all projects or influencing field is not required,

Change 'person responsible" modified field - from 'display" to "input" radio button

If above situation doesn't solve purpose

2. project specific or influencing field based,

Modified field (proj def.screen group) -->double click 'Per...res' field-- check influencing field against which desired field is set to display mode only...change to input mode or as desired to you.

Hello Vineet,

OPUJ was my problem for the projtec. I have change field Person responsible from Disp. to Input and now it works correctly. Which transaction should I use to do the same for the WBS element?

Great Calvel...

Use OPUK or if you find any anomaly you are suggested to perform activities(proj then wbs) in sequence prompted by system(path -- ps - structure - oper. struct.. -- wbs --user interface - define field selection)

Hi Laura,

Please check if there are some Influencing fields, in OPUI most right hand side button in the top bar.
