Hi Friends,
I am writing a functional spec where in I have to use CDHDR and CDPOS tables. In these tables I am trying to understand the fields 'objectid' and 'objectclass'. Could some one explain what these fields are from functinal point of view ? An example would be of great help.
Regards
Mahesh
OBJECTCLAS: the kind of object (ex Customer master Address, Sales order,....)
OBJECTID: the key that identify the instance of the object (ex: sales order number)
pls. reward if helpful

Objectclas: type of object like sales order (VERKBELEG), Customer master (DEBI) etc
ObjectID: value that identify the object for example sales order number, customer code etc
Better check some changes for a sales order or changes for a particular customer then you will understand it better. Lets say you want to check changed values for a sales order in SE16. Enter VERKBELEG in objectclas and enter your sales order number with leading zeros (total fiedl length to be 10). Also enter some date ranges or any other selection criteria otherwise it will take long time.
