UAR request not getting closed even after being Approved at the Last Stage

Hello All,

I am facing a very confusing situation.

The workflow stages for UAR requests comprises of 3 stages :

1. Reviewer ( User's Manager )

2. Role Owner

3. Security Team

One of the UAR requests got approved by the respective Approver at all the 3 stages but still Instance status is showing ' RUNNING ' and Approval status is showing ' DECISION PENDING '.

Is there any table which is not getting updated or any Job which is failing because of which such a situation is occuring ???

Hi Rahul,

Click on request "Instance Status" and see if there are any approvers showing up. Please share screenshot as well

Hello Madhu,

The error was actually coming only for few UAR requests.

GRC production system was Down due to maintainance activities and after it was Up and running , they were facing some Browser related issues. And at the same time, the approvers had approved the UAR requests and so the requests were facing the errors.

Same has been communicated to the client.

The issue is closed.
