HR Trigger Error - Decimal Format 1 is Invalid (Not '.', X or Y )

Hi All,

    We are getting an error saying "Decimal Format 1 is Invalid (Not '.', X or Y )" when Hiring is triggered through HR Triggers. PFB the screen shot.

PFB the User Default settings that we have maintained

Can anyone help me resolve this issue? Thanks a lot in advance
