Unable launch IB and ID URI URI has an authority component

Dear All,

We have successfully install SAP PO 7.4 and done post install as per configuration guide but while launching ID or IB it end up with error "URI has an authority component"  The JnlpServlet could not be initialized.

Any suggestion to resolve the issue!!!

Have you checked this note 1935919 - ServletContext.getResource causes 'URI has an authority component' error?
