Personnalized skin layout not working after transport

Dear Experts,

We are currently dealing with the following issue : We are using a customized layout on our developpement environnment that is working perfectly.

On our new integration environnment, the different OTs concerning this layout were transported correctly and all customizing point refering to layout are ok.

However, we are not able to use this layout as the view on the environnement does not take into account the skin: This is the difference with same layout used for our technical profile:

Is there any customizing point that we are missing?

Hi Anais

Testing my memory here, there may be an SICF service that needs activation.

Not 100% sure, see if you can locate the Cookbook for SAP CRM Skins.

Hi,

I am not 100% sure but you can try following.

1. Clear cache memory of your internet explorer.

2. Go to SHMM and delete all the shared memory. It will create again as you login to UI.
