ARA configuration : Perform Automatic WF customization is not getting activated

Hi Friends,

My GRC dev environment has ARA,EAM and ARM(currently) implemented.

In my prod GRC i have ARA and EAM.

Now i am trying to move the ARA from Dev to Prod.

The issue is , the prerequisites that is req to conf MSMP WF is not working properly:

Perform Automatic WF customization is giving red cross for all the activies. Do we need to manually change/update it?

I have done following pre-requisites operations:

     Perform Task Specific cust

     Activate even linkage for AC WF

     Activate MSMP Content for AC (BC sets : GRC_MSMP_CONFIGURATION-- errored out

                                                                      GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST_PRIORITY

                                                                      GRAC_ROLE_MGMT_SENSITIVITY

                                                                      GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST_EUP

                                                                      GRAC_ROLE_MGMT_SENTIVITY

     Maintain no Range intervals for prov req

     Define no range intervals for prov req

     Maint Prov settings

Please let me know what might be the issue for which the 1st step is not working properly.

to do the needed for Automatic WF customization.

I referred this doc., and it worked fine for me

you can perform the manual workflow customizing directly by pressing F9 or the push button:

It is not required that everything is ticked green - only what is required.
