ABAP Sproxy objects transported first before PI Objects

Dear Experts,

This might be related to ABAP too,

But will the ABAP TR of Sproxy objects end up in error if the related Service Interfaces in PI have not been transported to the target system?

If yes, is it enough if we only transport the ESR objects (including the SI) to the target system so that the ABAP Sproxy objects does not end up in error.

Hi Suwandi

The ABAP TR won't hit errors if it is transported before the SIs in PI are transported. The transport mechanism is independent of the ESR objects.

The only thing is if the ESR object is not there yet, you won't be able to see it when you execute SPROXY in the target ECC environment. But if you switch to local view in SPROXY, you can still see the proxy objects.

Currently we're waiting from the Basis team to complete the transport.

Will be back to this if when the objects have been successfully imported.
