Hi ,
We have configured the LDAP connection as per the document "AC10_LDAP_Config_Guide" - Note 1584110
But when we try to search the user from Access request , no results are displayed.
SLG1 logs shows the error as attached.
Please suggest if I am missing any configuration

HI Pavan,
This looks like connection Problem, check with your Basis team if the LDAP Server is available or is it down. Also check the RFC again and do authorization test in RFC to check if the user ID has enough authorizations to read data from LDAP.
