First Posting Date wrongly entered

Hi,

During Contract creation(RECN) first posting date has been entered wrongly as 31.03.2105 instead of 01.12.2014.

The problem is that system automatically posted the documnet as on 01.02.2015 which is neither giving us to deactivate the document nor we can delete it.We are unable to reverse it also.

Is therer any solution to this problem???.Any how we have to change the first posting date but before that we have to bring it in editable mode.

Dear Rizwan,

For REFX contract you cant be able to change the first posting date or deactivate it once the contract is posted.

To change the First posting date / Deactivate the contract follow the below steps :

Try to reverse the posting by using T-Code : RERAPPRV and then go to your contract and deactivate the contract and make the changes related to first posting date in the TERM tab as well as in conditions tab. Then check the simulation mode in Conditions tab, if cash flow is generating fine then go a head to post it( RERAPP).

Pls try it & revert if you get struck, try to share the exact error message if any.
