Server Side SAPUI5 Libraries VS Client Side SAPUI5 Libraries

Hell experts,

Our SAPUI5 Libraries on the Server Side is Version 1.24.x, however once I downloaded Eclipse and installed the SAPUI5 components from https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/luna I see that the SAPUI5 Libraries on the Client Eclipse Side is Version 1.26.x.

I will not be able to upgrade the SAPUI5 Version on the Server.

I know now that I can still develop, but I will need to test against the SAPUI5 Library on the Server and check release notes.

Is there a way that I can download aolder version of SAPUI5 from the OnDemand site?

Is there a way I can use the SAPUI5 Library on the Server for Development?

Hey,

it is possible that you can use your server library.

just check this url, <hostname>:<portname>/sap/public/bc/ui5_ui5/index.html

and you will see a link as The SAPUI5 sap-ui-core.js bootstrap file is available at: /sap/public/bc/ui5_ui5/1/resources/sap-ui-core.js, click this link and you ll get the library that you can refer in your ui5 project.
