Hi
Please Can I get some help
in transaction SCUD I am selecting the develop system and push button Users
I getting an Error that I dont have authorization to maintain users
in the dependent system.
I have sap all authorizations

In the CUA the child system has to had the authorization for maintaining the users.
If you are not able to maintain users then that means you are not authorized to do make any changes or may be the user can be maintained only from the parent system.
So if u are working in the dependent system in that case there are chances that you may not get authorization for maintaining the users. It all depends upon the parameter which are defined during configuration of the CUA (proposed, local...)

Which system? If you have SAP_ALL in the CUA system, this is not the error message. Remember you also need to have authorizations to change users in the target system as well, since that's where the actual change takes place.
If you are using a CUA user to execute the changes in the remote systems, then this user also needs to have the proper authorizations. You can check the target system - ST22 - for the specific error messages and profile requirements related to the user and authorizations.
