Personal number not assigned in Travel

Hi,

We're implementing the Travel in the client that does not have SAP. This is a new client. So, they won't have HR because they'll used the legacy. My question is:

I'm trying to create a personal number in the PA30, but the message is: "Personal number not assinged". Should I create first this personal number in the PA40 tocde? And then do the changes in the PA30 tcode? Am I right?

Is there any configurations that we've to do in HR? Remember that the customer won't has the HR.

Hi JPA,

yes you have to create an personnel action via PA40 (to "create" a person in the system)

There is a standard action for Travel Management.

SAP Travel Management needs the following HR mini master info types:

0000, 0001, 0002, (0003 this will be created automatic), 0017 and 0105 (for user and e-mail if needed)
