Hello Experts
I have maintained the dno_cust04 as below
CHANGE_REQUEST | 1 | ZMCR |
CHANGE_REQUEST_NEW | 1 | ZMCR |
CHARM | 0 | ZMCR |
CHARM_ADD | 1 | ZMHF |
But, when we create a new RfC, the status are still show the default ones. Any clue
Regards
Jose
Hi, Jose.
I can't get the point. Do you have problems with status profile of ZMCR? Or the problem is that you can't create ZMCR?

Artem

So, you are able to create the ZMCR? What do you mean exactly that you get the default status profile?
What is the status profile defined in CRMC_SERVICE_MA for ZMCR?

Hello,
Perhaps it has something to do with authorization roles.
In case you are using those Z-roles that were delivered during the ChaRM customizing through SOLMAN_SETUP, there are some authorization objects which controls which transaction types can be used.
By default, those roles are configured with the standard transaction types (e.g. SMCR, SMMJ, SMHF).

Daniel
