how to create Gantt chart having two value axis as date and hour.

Hi everyone,

I want to display the number of workers available  on particular hour on particular day.

Chart should contain 2 value axis. First axis must represent 0 to 24 hours and that should get repeated.

Under the first axis ,second axis must contain the days.

Could anyone help me out in acheiving this...
