Sheduled messages are stuck in SXMB_MONI

Hi Friends,

I checked SXMB_MONI. in that Scheduled messages more then 1000 messages are stuck. how to process.

any body explain me

Hi Soma,

If the messages are synchronous:

Check if there are stuck in the SMQ1 or SMQ2  transaction. Pay attention what was the problem to further actions and restart as previous SCN members have told you.

If the messages are sync you can not restart, because the sender obviously don't go wait eternally.

How to clear these messages. this is XI system.

Hi Soma,

Those messages are synchronous messages so you cannot restart the messages, the response message did not come from the receiver, this status is called log version and this is waiting for response and the response did not arrive from the receiver, please check with receiver system and resend the messages from source system.
