How to stop receiving Unread/Delivered/Read notifications for emails getting triggered Solman ITSM

Hi Experts,

We have emails getting triggered to Support Team and Message Processors for ITSM Incidents. But the Message Creator is also receiving Email Delivery notification/Unread message notification. Inbox is getting flooded with all the notification. Is there any way to stop the same.

Hi, Rakesh.

Long time ago (about 3 or 4 years) I had similar problem, but I do not remember the solution.

May be you should try this in SCOT:

To be honest, I don't know.

But you can test it quickly in your DEV system.
