Reg: MRP for CBP Materials

Dear Experts,

Have set MRP batch job. Most of the materials marked with MRP type VB are not planned. I checked by running MRP manually via MD03

and even by activating planning file entry , Even still the material is not getting planned even

foreground nor even background .

Note : For some of the Materials which MRP has happened for first time , it has created PR properly.For most of the materials , with the below example

displayed they are not planned  correctly.

In the below example , last MRP data is shown . why system is not taking these material into considerations..?

Re-order point -100 , Max stock level is 500 .

If i re run MRP system should revise the PR for 15 + 485 (instead of 300) = 500

I have re run the MRP via MD03 checked even by maintaining planning file entry.

Hello Daya,

I can see the PR is firmed could you please deleted it and rerun the MRP.

You should  have a Purchase Requisition or Planned Order for a quantity to take stock up to maximum level (as was spesified in material master).

Please note firmed planned orders/purchase requisitions would not get deleted by MRP even though you run MRP with planning mode 3.

You need to delete the existing firmed PR and Re run the MRP which creates procurement proposals as per your expectations.

Thank you very much .it was a  firmed PR deleted and re-run the MRP.

issue is resolved.
