Hi ,

It seems an issue with the ipc memory

can you check the following in all the CI and application servers

sappfpar check pf=<instance profile of the application server> and check for any errors

With above mentioned note you could also refer SAP Note 1674325 - DEV/SHM directory is used by mulitple instances and prevents startup

& 1428079 - SAP Instance failing to start "Not enough space"

Could you share complete dev_w0 log file,also confirm for any space related issue on the system.If possible try to restart the system & re share the logs again.
