Or install a new version of SAPGui avaliable

Hi conrado,

Because you are using SAPLGPAD.exe instead of SAPLOGON.exe.

your attached image shows as " SAP LOGON PAD 720".

Kindly check at the below path C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui to get SAPLOGON.exe.

If SAPLOGON.exe is not found, then re-install again else if you found the SAPLOGON.exe file, then bring this file as shortcut to your desktop and use it. you can able to use all buttons.

Thanks for the information, Could you tell me if are there the possibility to download this file from some website?, due i don`t Know if i can Find this file during re-install Sap.

In a system where you are having access to create new or modify SAP logon connection,Copy the SAPLOGON.INI file from this pc to any other end user pc's or if possible you pass the file from ADS or SCCM.

It's works as designed. Use SAP Logon instead of SAP Logon Pad.

click on the cart next to SAP logon 720 on the top left.

Click options

Under SAP Logon Options

Click local configuration files

Connection is the one you are looking for.

Locate its path on your OS Level. and replace it with someone else's ini file on your OS level.

Or you can just edit that file and add entries to it.

and then Save and launch SAP logon pad again.

You will find the new entries.
