Pipe symbol issue for lookup multivalued feilds in MDM importing using Import server

Hi

We tried importing a file which contains source field with multiple values separated by pipe (|) Symbol using Import server( by placing the file in READY folder.)

The MDM Field is of type LookupMultiValued.

But we are getting below error "Value is not Mapped"(Attached log screenshot for reference)

We are using MDM 7.1 SP12.

Same file is getting processed via Import Manager.

When we remove the pipe symbol and pass source FIELD with single value ,  the file is getting imported successfully via Import server.

Could you please help us to resolve the issue.

Hi Srikanth,

You can try to do a "Save Update" and retest the import.

Also please check if you are maintaing correct Remote Key in the lookup table.

you may need to use split delimiters setting in configuration. refer the import manager guide.
