Performance Issues during Mitigation Assignments to Users (GRC10.1)

Hello,

We are experiecing performance issues in our GRC10.1 system reagarding the assignment of mitigation to user. We have over 1000+ unique control IDs but when we try to add users, change the validity...etc to these IDs. It can take between 10-15 seconds to add a single entry. I have searched for OSS notes and found 1971160 and applied this to our system but still have the issue.

We create and change control IDs on a regular basis and to change the large requests that cover multiple users and Risk it can take 10-15 minutes.

Any help woul be appreciated?

We are doing it manually for the moment until we phase out our old SharePoint solution.

In that case you can make use of the mass upload programs available for mitigation assignments which makes your task easy.

But that does not solve the issue of when we have to make a manual change, I wont use a mass upload for a change to a few users.

Are you using Mitigation Assignment workflow for assigning the mitigation controls to the users?
