Does Lumira support BW / Excel merged data sets ?

Guys,
      Bulk of data is in BW (74 Sybase)  but I have external excel data that I want to append to the BW set.

When preparing the datasets I cant seem to add BW to an excel dataset ( only universes ,text etc)

Tony: I don't see where that is an option to add BW to existing data set; it would be a good suggestion to add to SAP's Idea Place - https://ideas.sap.com/saplumira

Hi,

this is definitely on the short-term roadmap (H1 2015), as we deliver a BW Offline mode (i.e. download from BW) into the product.
