Contract Document Deletion

Hi All,

We are working on CLM 9.0.

We have started noticing strange problem from last 2 months.

System is not allowing us to delete contract document.

once delete is clicked and when we hit save button. following error is displayed

Database error: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1

ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:

PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'SYNCRN'

ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:

PL/SQL: Statement ignored

. Contact your system administrator.

let me know, if this could be resolved

Hi Rajesh,

In following conditions,system will not allow you to delete the contract document:-

1.If contract document has some error.

2.If contract document is locked or has any dependencies via coding.

3.If you are deleting the contract document manually as well as deleting it via scripting when u click on save,then it thows recursive errpr

Please check all the baove conditions and let me know.
