Long running LOAD_INFOPROVIDER - BW 7.3 -> BPC 7.5

Hello ,

We have a very long running load in  BPC prod. , how do i monitor its progress ?

SM66 in BW shows :

BTC   9560078 läuft                  ja      1        35074 BPC_SYSADMIN CL_SQL_RESULT_SET=============CP Sequentielles Lesen

process chain  ( /CPMB/LOAD_INFOPROVIDER )  logs show that its still in  ' BPC: converter '  step .

I have some questions :

1. Anyother way to monitor the process ? 

2. Sometimes when i try to open my Transformation & conversion files . It throws an error saying ..cannot open them ..corrupt.

3. does it matter if we use Capital or small letters in defining the file names ?

Believe there are not many ways to monitor BPC laods .

I could see only SLG1 which doesnt give much information 

exactly the same message as RSPC process logs.

SM21 no logs .

If anyone still knows others way to monitor , will be great to know about it .
