some BP users not seeing SAP replies
Hi everybody,
I'm facing the following problem in our SolMan VAR, some users can see information sent from SAP and some don't.
New BP user created with report AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP_V2
Old BP user created manually probably.
Now, I tried recreating the old BP with the standard report, I replicated the roles from the new ABAP user, I checked the BP configuration as contact person, business partner and employee and both users are identical. I even set a different reporter user with what I believed were correct configurations but I couldn't see the replies from SAP.
I really don't know what I am missing.

do you mean the Text "Info from SAP"?
If yes, please check the Auth Object CRM_TXT_ID for the following values:
