EE_ALL_REQS_MET reporting as true for reset event

Dear All,

We have multiple events in EH with same event id and different data id. We have reset the event when EE_ALL_REQS_MET returns true using EE_RESET.

The issue is when we create the new EH with same data id , the event is by default come as reporeted and EE_ALL_REQS_MET returns true which we don't want . How can we avoid this ?

Thanks,

Shubh.

Hello Shubh,

"The issue is when we create the new EH with same data id , the event is by default come as reporeted and EE_ALL_REQS_MET returns true which we don't want ."

This can only happen when Event Messages are in the system that are relevant for the new EH.

Either delete the Event Messages or find a solution to make the new EH not relevant for these messages. But this depends on your scenario how you could achieve this.

Best regards,

Thanks,

Hello Shubh,

no you can only use deletion or archiving reports.
