Hi ,

We have requirement in our company that when a production order is 30 days old , it should automatically completed technically .

How to set up this background job.

Dear crazy,

you could create a run variant in COHV t-code in mode (Techcally complete)

and in this run variant you can use the selection dates ( relative with +30 and -30 days).

After that you must create a job (sm36 ) with 

program : PPIO_ENTRY

and run variant just created

What is the purpose of providing the negative values ? Will this technically completed orders which are ( for eg released ) 30 days back ?

Above you have mentioned selection dates +30 and -30 days ? Are these days you are taking about from the selection screen in the COHVPI report?
