Can any one reconfirm is Idoc enhancement is needed for replication of primary cost element when created while created GL account it self?

Not required....you can use the same IDOC....

I am unable to see any segement generated (E1CSKA/KSTAR) in same idoc. In WE30 also we can not find this segment. Can you guide me?
