Hi Mathias,

I just had a look. There was an issue with https access to this server which was resolved yesterday.

The process to delete an instance requires to use a https connection to the HANA system for the certificate handling, which failed in your case.

I just successfully tried to create and delete an instance on this server, so I'm pretty confident that your issue should be resolved now.

Can you please retry and let me know if it works now for you?

Best regards,

Oliver

The status shows no error anymore, but now i have not even permission to create new objects ( e.g. a package or analytics view).

So I deleted my previous instance and created a new one.

Thanks, now it works .

Hi Mathias,

most probably your earlier (failed) attempt to delete it left it in an inconsistent state and had already deleted some of the stuff. Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad that it works now for you.

Best regards,

Oliver

I had the same issue just now.

I got a similar error message when deleting my instance. Then I clicked on the DELETE button once again, and it was successfully deleted.

Then, I when I tried to create a new instance, the system did not allowed me, with errors (i forgot what the error was, but it has something todo with https...).

But then I tried to create it once again, and it was successfully created.

Now I have my new instance.
