Account Determination for investment dep. area

Hi,...

We are having  a requirement to have a new dep. area 51 grant investment support,  to set the depreciation areas to only allow positive value NBV (for“normal” assets) and it post to real time. We have created the investment key in ANVEST and add this new dep. area 51. The business doesn't want to have the account set in A088, it should follow the normal account determination of normal dep. area ,i.e. AO90.

Now the Question is if we run ABIF transaction where will the posting goes, how can we set up the account determination for investment to follow the normal dep. area. in AO90?

Why you want to maintaine the account in Ao88  and not in AO90?

Hi Bernhard,

We already have accounts maintained in AO90, my Question if we run ABIF , how the accounts are refered if we have not maintained in AO88.? Where account determination setting will be done for investment dep. area w.r.t normal dep. area.?
