Unable to open ESB and ID

Hi

I am able to open the ESB and ID of PI Development system but when I try to open the same of production system, I get an error. Unable to launch the application.

I get the same error when I try to open the ESB and ID of another PI developments system through another VPN

I have added the details in host file?

Could it be due to some clash in the java files? Or should I tweak some Internet settings?

Hi Harish,

I assume you have yet read the blogs about this issue and you have the right JVM for your PI system.

If you are under VPN you can get some problems with some ports, are you sure your VPN has all the 5XXXX ports open?, have you mapped the IP of the PI with your domain server?.

I am using JRE7 and I am on PI dual stack 7.4. So I am using the right JVM.

I am getting a download exception. I have entered IP in hosts file

FailedDownloadException:Unable to load resourcehttp://host:port/

Connectivity issue. Please try this. Open control panel- Java- General-Network settings- chooe direct connection.

The issue was resolved. I installed Gogle chrome and I am able to open both ESB and ID from that. This is a problem with IE.

Great news Harish .
We have seen some similar issues with IE. can you make sure that you are on the correct IE release as per PAM.If so, set the IE to "restore to default" (in the settings) so that any custom entries are removed.
Now check.

I have already mentioned the error in my previous post.

I am getting a download error.

FailedDowloadException:Unable to load resource http:// then esb or id url will come

I have already added ip address in hosts file
