Attachments in outbound delivery

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement to add the third party Carrier documents to an outbound delivery.

It cannot be done manually by any user going into VL02n transaction and adding the attachments.

Is there any Standard SAP functionality that we can use (by IDOCS or SAP PI interface) where a change can be done to outbound delivery by attaching the documents sent by third party carriers.

If yes through IDOCs, could you please direct us to message types or IDOC type that does this functionality.

Hi Gopi,

You can attach a document in VL02n transaction.

Click on 'Services for object' and select Create -> Create attachment.
Then you can add any type of document.
