Hello Experts,
We are working with a system which runs PI 7.31. It is a Java stack-only system and we're currently on SP Level 9. The problem we are facing is with the SFTP Receiver channel. We construct many file-to-file business scenarios on our system and are required to transfer the file with its erstwhile file name. For this purpose, we use the Adapter Specific Message Attributes (ASMA) provided by the adapter.
However, these attributes in the channel just stop working at some seemingly random point of time, and does not get solved by clearing the cache, restarting the channel or reactivating it. The temporary solution to this that we have applied so far is to recreate the channel.
However, since recreating is not a feasible option all the time, we would be very grateful for any help on this matter.
Regards,
Pritish
Dear Naveen,
Yes, we have tried restarting the SFTP adapter application after the changes. However, that didn't solve the problem.
Thanks,
Pritish

Dear Dilip,
No error is thrown. Only the adapter specific attributes don't take effect and the filename is not set in the DynamicConfiurationHeader.
Thanks,
Pritish
