SAP HANA Product Instance and Software component Versions not visible in LMDB

Hi All,

I have installed a netweaver ABAP 7.4 system on SAP HANA DB (Rev 82) and registered the system in the SLD using RZ70. As you can see in the Screenshots, the product instance details and software component versions are not visible.

Any ideas why these are missing?

Hi Abhishek,

Have you checked for the HDB sid in the customer local SLD under category third party systems? If it is present there, a resync from LMDB might work. If not present then we might need to check for the requisites for Hana data to be fed to SLD.

Host Agent should be installed and daaadm is specified as service/admin_users in the host_profile.

SLDSYSTEMHOME should be set in the default profile for hana having the DB host name. If added nelwy a restart of hana database would be need to make the changes come into effect.

Check for the Daignostics agents whether they are running and properly connected without any errors in the log files. Also the MONITOR user and SLD Data Supplier user should work in a correct manner.

I had to update sap hostagent and reinstall DAA to resolve the issue. Thanks a lot

Hi Abhishek,

If you clicks on Edit icon on the screen than what happens,still both the product instance as well as software components tabs remains inactive ? Please confirm .

Addition to it need to share the IE version on the system & If possible do an update for the IE or try to access from some other OS in your network,and please ensure that the browser supports Adobe Flash, if it is not possible to use Flash, please refer to SAP note 1547441
